The 824NY + 829 nylon rack with higher fixing (1 m) is a reinforced gear rack designed for sliding gate automation systems where flexible installation height and low noise operation are required.
The rack features a nylon outer structure with an internal steel core, combining reduced noise with sufficient mechanical strength. Compared to steel racks, it significantly lowers vibration and operational noise during gate movement.
