Delivery
Väravakeskus delivers products to parcel machines and by courier, and also offers self-pickup in Tallinn.
Delivery methods
- Parcel machine — Smartpost, Omniva and DPD parcel machines in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland. Suitable for smaller products (remotes, photocells, signal lamps, accessories, etc.).
- Courier — large and heavy products (gate operators, barriers, kits) are delivered by courier. If a product does not fit into a parcel machine, courier delivery is selected automatically at checkout.
- Self-pickup — you can collect your order free of charge at our pickup point: Paavli 1, Tallinn (Mon–Fri 9.00–17.00).
Delivery cost and time
- The exact delivery cost is shown at checkout depending on the delivery method, destination country and product dimensions. VAT is added to the price.
- Goods are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received (for products in stock).
- Delivery time within Estonia is usually 1–2 business days, and 2–5 business days to the Baltic countries and Finland. The delivery time of made-to-order products is agreed separately.
Special conditions
Some large or special-condition products are delivered only within Estonia. For such products, the applicable delivery method and cost are shown at checkout.
Payment
You can pay via Montonio: bank link (Estonian banks), bank card and Inbank instalment. The order is prepared and dispatched after payment is received.
