The MERAK SL2 control board from BFT is designed for Deimos BT Ultra 600 24V sliding gate operators and acts as the central control unit of the automation system.
The board operates with 24V DC motors and integrates BFT’s D-TRACK intelligent torque management system, which dynamically adjusts motor force according to gate resistance. This improves safety, obstacle detection and overall reliability.
MERAK SL2 controls all automation functions including opening and closing cycles, speed management, slowdown before end positions and reaction to safety inputs. It supports connection of accessories such as photocells, flashing lights, antennas, keypads, GSM modules and radio receivers.
The control board allows configuration of parameters such as automatic closing, partial opening (pedestrian mode), sensitivity and working logic. It is compatible with both mechanical and magnetic limit systems.
Installed inside the operator housing, MERAK SL2 is used as an original control unit or as a replacement board for servicing Deimos BT Ultra 600 automation systems. Suitable for residential and intensive-use sliding gates.
