CAME ÖZAK HT 400-D is a double full-height electromechanical turnstile providing two controlled pedestrian passage lanes within a single structure. It is designed for locations requiring a high level of security combined with increased pedestrian throughput.
The structure is built on box-beam main carriers and incorporates a weatherproof protective top lid. Each passage uses a four-section 90° rotor, with five individually removable arms in each section.
The HT 400-D series is available in several body and arm material combinations:
- HT 400 D: body and Ø42 × 2.5 mm arms – electrostatic powder coating on hot-dip galvanized steel.
- HT 400 D-25: body – electrostatic powder coating on hot-dip galvanized steel; Ø40 × 2.0 mm arms – AISI 304 stainless steel, optionally AISI 316L.
- HT 400 D-100: body and Ø40 × 2.0 mm arms – AISI 304 stainless steel, optionally AISI 316L.
Stainless-steel components have a satin-brushed finish as standard, with optional electrostatic powder coating.
The system operates bi-directionally and supports several entry and exit configurations. All functions, parameters and operating modes can be adjusted through the buttons and screen on the control card. All inputs are opto-coupler protected. Control is provided by dry contact, and the system is compatible with all kinds of access control devices.

Operating modes: controlled entry and exit; controlled entry with free exit; free entry with controlled exit; single input for both directions; free entry and exit.
Emergency mode: free passage is provided in both directions (fail-safe). The system is compatible with fire alarm and similar systems and returns to normal operation after the emergency condition ends.
Power-off situation: free passage in both directions is provided as standard. Optional fail-secure configurations include entry and exit locked, entry free/exit locked, or entry locked/exit free. With the fail-secure option, the selected direction can be released using a manual override key.
