The 822NY + 829 nylon rack with bottom fixing (1 m) is a reinforced gear rack designed for sliding gate automation systems where low noise and smooth operation are required.
The rack consists of a nylon outer body with an internal steel core, combining quiet operation with sufficient mechanical strength. Compared to fully steel racks, nylon racks significantly reduce noise and vibration during gate movement.
The bottom fixing system allows installation from below the gate profile, making it suitable for gates where side mounting is not possible or where a cleaner installation is required. The rack is typically bolted through the lower support brackets (829 system).
Supplied in 1-meter sections, the rack enables easy alignment along the full gate length. It engages with the drive pinion, transmitting motor torque into linear motion of the gate.
