CAME ÖZAK BTG 300-S is part of the BTG 300 series of full-height security turnstiles. The structure is built on main carriers and supported by side profiles and perforated sheet separators. It incorporates a waterproof protected top lid with a safety damper. The entire structure can be completely disassembled when required.
The turnstile uses a three-section 120° rotor, with 10 individually removable arms in each section.
The BTG 300 series is available in different material combinations:
- BTG 300: body and Ø42 × 2.5 mm arms – electrostatic powder coating on hot-dip galvanized steel; perforated separators – AISI 304 stainless steel.
- BTG 300-25: body – electrostatic powder coating on hot-dip galvanized steel; Ø40 × 2.0 mm arms and perforated separators – AISI 304 stainless steel.
- BTG 300-100: body, Ø40 × 2.0 mm arms and perforated separators – AISI 304 stainless steel.
The system operates bi-directionally. Operating modes can be adjusted through the buttons and screen on the control card. All inputs are opto-coupler protected. Control is provided by dry contact, and the system is compatible with all kinds of access control devices.

Operating modes: controlled entry and exit; controlled entry with free exit; free entry with controlled exit; single input for both directions; free entry and exit.
Emergency mode: the system provides free passage in both directions (fail-safe) and is compatible with fire alarm and similar systems. Normal operation is automatically restored after the emergency condition ends.
Power-off situation: free passage in both directions is provided as standard. Optional fail-secure configurations include entry and exit locked, entry free/exit locked, or entry locked/exit free. With the fail-secure option, the selected direction can be released using a manual override key.
